Cucina Alfabeto’s seasonal menu reflects our love of Northern Italian flavors and traditions. Through the use of contemporary techniques, we shine the spotlight on beautiful fresh local produce.
We are committed to sourcing ingredients that have been reared, grown, caught or created so welfare and sustainability stays at the very forefront of all we do. Our fish is ethically wild caught, or sustainably farmed.
We support small-scale farmers and growers, in order to present a dynamic menu that shifts with the seasons.
